PETRONITA Crèche will be accepting submission of Application for Placement between 1 - 20 September 2019 for 2020 Academic Year.
Do ensure that you have read FAQ on eligibility, fees and operations prior to submitting your application.
For your children to be eligible for 2020 Academic Year, the following guidelines apply:
- Child is born 1 January 2014 onwards
- For expecting mothers / fathers, the Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD) should not be later than 31 December 2019.
You will be informed of the status of your application in October 2019.
Upon receiving notification of successful application, you are required to pay the registration fee One-Time Registration Fee (RM 500) and Stationery & Materials Fee (RM 1,180) to the Operator.
The following are to be submitted to the Operator for enrolment processing within the deadline advised in the notification
- Copy of Child's birth certificate
- Copy of Vaccination record
- Child's passport sized photo
- Any specific diet or health requirements
Failure to fulfil the requirements for the enrolment within the deadline will result in the placement being offered to the next child in the waiting list.
Once payment of the registration fee and submission of the documentation is complete, PETRONITA office will proceed with salary deduction application for monthly fee starting December 2019 salary for January 2020 Fees.
