1. Where is PETRONITA Crèche located?
The center will be located at the Concourse Level of Tower 3 KLCC.
2. What are the operating hours?
The crèche will be operating from 7:30 am to 7:30pm daily (Mon – Fri).
Note:
It will be closed on Public Holidays and according to PETRONITA Crèche academic calendar.
3. Do I need to pay for extra hours if I need my child to stay longer after operating hours?
The crèche will be operated strictly from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
A penalty of RM 100 will be charged on parents for late pick-ups after 7:30 pm.
Note that the centre will close at 8:00 pm sharp.
4. Do I need to pay for the days that my child is absent?
The fees are on a monthly payment and no pro-rating is applicable.
The fees are to be paid in full regardless of school closure days and public holidays.
5. Do you offer baby-sitting or child care services on daily rating or for ad-hoc cases?
No. We only provide services for enrolled children.
